When Faith Makes No Sense
Reading: Genesis 22:1-14

God's request to Abraham defied all logic. Sacrifice the very son through whom all promises would be fulfilled? Yet Abraham rose early and obeyed. This wasn't blind obedience—it was informed faith. Abraham had learned through years of relationship that God was faithful. He believed God would either provide another way or raise Isaac from the dead. Sometimes God asks things that make absolutely no sense to us. The calling seems to contradict everything we know about His character or promises. In these moments, we're invited to trust not what we see, but who we know God to be. What is God asking of you that doesn't make sense? Can you trust Him with the outcome, even without understanding the process?
