The Promise Maker
Reading: Genesis 12:1-3; Romans 4:18-21

When God called Abram to leave everything familiar, He made extraordinary promises without explaining how they would unfold. Abram faced a critical choice: trust the promise maker or demand the details. God's reliability isn't proven by our understanding but by His character. Like Abram, we're often called to obey before we comprehend. The stars Abraham counted still shine tonight, reminding us that the God who spoke galaxies into existence can certainly fulfill His word to you. Your circumstances may seem impossible, but impossibility is God's specialty. What promise has God spoken over your life that requires you to leave your "Haran"—your comfort zone? Trust isn't passive; it's active obedience even when the path ahead remains unclear.
