When You Do Not Know You Are in the Pot
Reading: Revelation 3:14-17

Three thousand men from Judah confronted Samson not to celebrate his victory over the Philistines, but to defend the very people who were oppressing them. They had grown so comfortable under foreign rule that they could no longer recognize their own captivity. The letter to the church at Laodicea describes a similar condition, where a community believed it was thriving while God saw something else entirely. Comfort can be one of the most effective tools of spiritual blindness. Today, ask God to reveal the areas of your life where comfort has replaced conviction. The willingness to see clearly is itself an act of faith.
