Sermon: Joy- Friday's Devotional
Declaring Good News
Reading: Luke 2:15-20; Isaiah 52:7
After encountering God's Presence, the shepherds couldn't stay silent—they spread the word about what they'd seen and heard. Joy compels proclamation. When we truly grasp that God is with us, that He came to redeem and restore all things, we become messengers of hope, peace, joy, and love. This Christmas season, you have good news to share: God breaks into darkness, values the overlooked, and offers joy that transcends circumstances. Who needs to hear this message from you? Perhaps someone grieving, struggling, or feeling insignificant? Like the shepherds, you don't need credentials, status, or even deep theological knowledge—just an authentic encounter with Emmanuel. Your testimony of God's Presence in your own darkness can pierce someone else's night. Go and tell what you have seen and heard.
